ABOUT THE ZINE
- AEIPATHY is about Anaxa and his philosophical 'ideals'. This zine shows the progression of Professor Anaxagoras' life in his pursuit of knowledge, as well as to tell the stories of the worlds beyond the skies of Amphoreus in his gaze.SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE ZINE?
- Aeipathy will be a FREE DIGITAL SFW Zine.WILL OTHER CHARACTERS BE SHOWN?
- Yes. The fanzine will allow other characters to be shown as long as Anaxa is the main focus.WILL THERE BE GUESTS?
- Absolutely! We will start announcing our guests during Contributor Applications.

CONTRIBUTOR INFORMATION

HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO APPLY?
- Contributors have to be 16 and above during the time of application.DO WE NEED ANY ZINE EXPERIENCE?
- Not at all. Applicants will be judged based on the quality of work rather than experience.HOW MANY CONTRIBUTORS WILL BE ACCEPTED?
- The zine will accept 6 story writers, 6 poets, 36 page artists and 8 merch artists (excluding guests).WHAT WILL BE THE CONTRIBUTOR REQUIREMENTS IF ACCEPTED?
- one fic that contains 2k-2.5k words for writers, one poem that contains 500-1k words for poets, and one fully rendered art piece with a finished background for artists. Merch artists will be required to submit a fully finished digital merchandise/s of their choice.IS THE USAGE OF AI ALLOWED?
- THE USE OF AI IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.CONTRIBUTORS MAIN FORM OF COMMUNICATION?
- All contributors must have DISCORD if they are to be accepted into the project, or are willing to make an account upon acceptance.CAN I APPLY FOR MORE THAN ONE ROLE?
- Yes. However, you will only be accepted for one role.CAN WE USE OLD PIECES?
- No. Please do not reuse your old pieces for the zine.CAN WE SHARE OUR WIPS?
- It is highly discouraged. Please refrain from sharing any WIPS while creating your piece for the zine until further notice from the mods.DOES OUTSIDE CONTENT OR BEHAVIOR AFFECT MY ACCEPTANCE?
- Yes. Any content that has been retweeted or posted, as well as any recorded behavior on your account, will be taken into consideration for your application. any form of disrespect or bullying will immediately disqualify you.ARE AUs ALLOWED?
- Of course! But it will still be checked during pitch submission to double check if its contents are appropriate.WHAT ABOUT SHIPS?
- Due to the nature of the zine, as much as possible, please refrain from writing any ships or instead refer to them in a platonic matter.

GUIDELINES

✦ WHAT IS EXPECTED FOR SUBMISSIONS ✦

WRITERS

✦ Submit 3 fully finished samples that you believe are your best works. A portfolio of least 3-6 other works (preferably GDrive or Document) will be required. This in the case of an unclear result or a tiebreaker. Be sure to tag any NSFW or DEAD DOVE stories. Additionally, be sure that whichever story you choose to submit will have the closest writing style you will use when writing your piece.✦ At least ONE sample should be related to Anaxa or HSR (does not apply to poets)✦ STORY WRITERS — All submitted samples in the given portfolio should have a MINIMUM of 1.5k words and a MAXIMUM of 2.5k words. If submitting a chapter by chapter work, please provide a stand alone excerpt.✦ POETS — All submitted samples in the given portfolio should have a MINIMUM of 500 words and a MAXIMUM of 1k words✦ Samples should be independently created.✦ Screenshots of your Wattpad story, Twitter threadfics, Tumblr post fics, Instagram post fics, and etc. will not be considered.✦ You will be judged based on your mastery of English and ability to bring characters and scenes to life.✦ DO NOT FORGET to give access to your portfolio.

ARTISTS

✦ Submit 3 fully finished samples that you believe are your best works. A portfolio of least 3-6 other works (preferably GDrive or Document) will be required. This in the case of an unclear result or a tiebreaker. Be sure to tag any NSFW works. Additionally, include works that showcase finished backgrounds that aren't solid colors or gradients.✦ At least ONE sample should be related to Anaxa or HSR✦ Samples should be independently created.✦ Sketches and BW pieces will be accepted for your submission, however, please be reminded that it will affect your acceptance. In the case that you are accepted, please be reminded of the requirements of the zine.✦ You will be judged based on your anatomy, use of color, and composition.✦ DO NOT FORGET to give access to your portfolio.
